What we do

Momentum Digital Labs builds Julia Business OS: your first AI employee. A business owner sets up their team, business rules and data with Julia in a short guided walkthrough, and from then on Julia keeps things organized — who has access to what, what needs attention today, what's changed, and what to do next — across customers, people, finance, documents and operations.

Julia also connects to AI providers you choose, so the work she helps with is powered by real intelligence, not a single fixed model. You stay in control of those connections at all times.

How it works (in plain terms)

You tell Julia about your business, add your team, set the rules you want her to always follow, and bring in your existing records. From there, Julia becomes the place you check to see what's happening in your business and what needs a decision — and when you connect an AI provider, she can help you get more of that work done.

We use a model called BYOK — "Bring Your Own Key." That means you connect your own AI provider accounts, and you stay in full control of your data and your costs. We don't mark up your usage.

Why we exist

Right now, AI is powerful but fragmented. A business that wants to use AI properly needs to manage dozens of tools, accounts, and workflows — each with its own interface, pricing, and limitations. That complexity locks out 99% of businesses. We exist to fix that.

Momentum was founded on a single belief: one person with the right operating system should be able to compete with a team of fifty. Not by working harder, but by having AI employees that never sleep, never forget, and get better every week.

Our vision

We are building the world's first AI workforce platform — where every business function, from sales to legal to customer support, is handled by specialized AI agents working under one orchestrator. Not replacing humans, but multiplying what one human can do.

Our north star: within 18 months, a single founder using Momentum should be able to launch, operate, and scale a business that would traditionally require a 50-person team.

How we build

We build the plane while flying it. The platform is live and working today. Every week it gets smarter, faster, and more capable. We ship constantly, test relentlessly, and never hide behind "coming soon." If it's on our site, it works.
